The HRM assessment cycle is complex and requires a lot from an organization. Completing the assessments for all employees every year, drawing up a development plan and keeping track of strengths and improvement points is a time-consuming task.

Employability Manager makes it easy to complete these tasks. In one screen you can view all the different forms of the employees. You only see the employees and forms that you are authorized for. This makes it easy to keep an overview. Sorting and filtering makes it extra easy to find the right forms quickly.
Reviews
With Employability Manager you can determine which employees are allowed to fill in, change and view assessments. You can also ensure that everyone only sees the relevant persons and forms in their overview.
For example; each team leader only sees his own operators, of which he can only fill in the evaluation forms. The production manager on the other hand only sees the team leaders and can fill in the evaluations and objectives of these. The HR manager sees all employees within the organization, but can only fill in the development plans of these. In this way it is possible to divide the tasks over the organization.
Employees can also be given the opportunity to view and fill in their own forms. This contributes to the involvement of employees in their own development, but also helps to clarify assessments and reduce any resistance.
From the assessment cycle it is possible to directly adjust the training plan for an employee.
