Scores and goals
Employability Manager offers the possibility to record skills, assess them and determine the intended goal.
It is possible to assess a skill and set a goal for each employee. The difference between the score and the goal indicates whether an employee still needs to grow to reach the desired level or whether the set requirements are already met.
Assessments can be recorded using simple input screens.
Skills Matrix
The skills matrix of Employability Manager immediately provides a clear picture of the scores, goals and gaps per employee, per skill and in total. This makes it easy to see where the points of attention are.
Which skills should employees score better on and where are there important shortcomings within the organization that need to be resolved? A skills matrix, or competency matrix, is the ideal tool for this.
